Formosa AGM: Location now confirmed

This year’s General Meeting of Formosa Amenity Limited will take place at St Saviour’s C of E Primary School at the corner of Shirland Road on Tuesday 5th September from 6.30 pm to 8 pm.

Residents should note that with the delay to this year’s meeting the accounts for 2022 which detail the Garden’s finances were formally signed off earlier in the Summer. However there will still be an opportunity to review them together & in addition the vote to re-appoint our accountants will take place in the usual way.

Do come along also for a chance to meet the Board & other neighbours & to hear the latest about upcoming social events, the Formosa Garden, planning guidelines & communications. Everyone is welcome but please note that only freeholders are entitled to vote.
